The iLUKA Collective are looking for a Merchandise Coordinator to assist in the planning and delivery of the assigned sponsor merchandise programme, overseeing the distribution of merchandise on site during the event.

  • Support the central merchandise team in the planning of the delivery of a event time merchandise programme
  • Administration support, preparation of client presentations, paperwork for shipment of goods and purchase orders
  • Keep accurate daily inventory and report inventory discrepancies
  • Manage pick and pack of programme merchandise within the local warehouse
  • Manage contingencies for exchanges & left-overs in accordance with requirement
  • Adhere to professional confidentiality standards, company policies, procedures and practices, maintaining the highest level of integrity regarding client management, and confidential information at all Times
  • Team uniform management
